The Newborn Routine/Sleep Guidance with Email Communication includes
- Safe Sleeping Habits Guide
- Customized Routine and Sleep Approach based on your infant and family’s goals
- Full Sleep Plan will not be provided until infant is over the age of 4 months old or 12 lbs- guidance will be provided until this point and then full sleep plan/routine will be created
- Complete Sleep Regression Guide
- Complete Nap/ Wake Window Guide based on age
- Email communication once sleep plan has been provided with a phone call for any questions
- Email check in once a week for two weeks/ as needed
